WS_FTP Professional is the professional version of the popular WS_FTP program, coming equipped with a multitude of tools and functions that make it one of the most complete FTP programs that exist.
One of the best elements is its high level of security. The information sent to the FTP is strongly encrypted via SSL/FTPS, SSH/SFTP and HTTPS protocols. Also, WS_FTP Professional lets you make automatic backups (programmable via the integrated calendar). These backups can be transfered to an FTP server, or to a DVD, local network, USB, etc.
WS_FTP Professional can be configured to send you automatic notifications to your email each time there is an FTP transfer. It also lets you automatically compress to a ZIP all the files to be transfered. That makes the transfer easier. Also, a log file is kept on all the transfered information.
